Соціально-правовий захист ветеранів війни: міжнародний досвід

Стаття присвячена дослідженню соціально-правового захисту ветеранів війни в Україні та у зарубіжних країнах. В даній статті досліджено питання забезпечення потреб ветеранів та адаптації кращих міжнародних практик. Розглянуто новітні підходи до соціалізації та адаптації ветеранів війни. У статті розглядається актуальна проблема соціального захисту ветеранів війни в умовах повномасштабної агресії російської федерації проти України. Авторка аналізує складність соціальних викликів, з якими стикаються учасники бойових дій та члени їхніх родин, наголошуючи на потребі системного підходу до реінтеграції та соціалізації ветеранів. Розглянуто міжнародний досвід підтримки ветеранів у таких країнах, як США, Велика Британія, Естонія, Хорватія та можливість його адаптації в українських умовах. Визначено ключові напрями державної політики щодо забезпечення прав і гарантій для цієї категорії населення, включно з медичною, психологічною та фінансовою підтримкою. Особлива увага приділяється створенню комплексної системи підтримки ветеранів на національному рівні, з урахуванням міжнародно-правових стандартів, інноваційних підходів та особливостей економіки України.
