Утворення і розвиток ринку послуг з гуманітарного розмінування в Україні

Статтю присвячено дослідженню особливостей фактичного утворення і правового забезпечення специфічного ринку послуг гуманітарного розмінування та його подальшого розвитку в умовах продовження бойових дій в Україні. Розглянуто, як стихійно почав формуватися цей ринок і як змінилося правове регулювання для встановлення цивілізованих правил та норм надання послуг з гуманітарного розмінування. Саме ці послуги виявилися критично важливими для відновлення доступу і безпечного землекористування землями сільськогосподарського призначення, що є першим пріоритетом гуманітарного розмінування. Стаття була частково підготовлена та оформлена за допомогою штучного інтелекту: підібрано літературу, перекладено 2 англомовні статті з джерел Ustymenko V., Rohozian Y.
