Контроль та моніторинг трудових і підприємницьких прав ветеранів війни як дослідницький процес

Актуалізація проблеми контролю та моніторингу трудових і підприємницьких прав ветеранів війни обумовлена необхідністю вдосконалення умов їх реалізації. Розглянуто окремі елементи системі функціонування механізму адаптації ветеранів до цивільного життя під час відновлення. Обґрунтовано доцільність інтеграції моніторингу та контролю трудо-правового механізму адаптації задля корекції його елементів. Запропоновано корективи щодо досягнення балансу застосування інструментів та можливостей здійснення державного та недержавного контролю, аудиту, самоконтролю, інших форм соціального моніторингу. Зроблено акцент на недоліках законодавчої бази для реалізації права на підприємницьку діяльність ветеранів війни.
