Оновлення правового забезпечення гуманітарного розмінування України інноваційними підходами до вивільнення земель

Стаття присвячена дослідженню оновлення правового забезпечення застосування існуючих методик і технологій, а також удосконалення штучного інтелекту та інших інноваційних технологій для проведення гуманітарного розмінування України. Саме воно критично важливе для відновлення доступу і безпечного землекористування землями сільськогосподарського призначення, що є першим пріоритетом гуманітарного розмінування. Встановлено, що сучасне законодавство почало створювати фундаментальні основи протимінної діяльності з 2018 року прийняттям базового Закону України «Про протимінну діяльність в Україні», який встановлює загальні норми, у той час як подробиці, інструкції щодо використання встановлюються міжнародними та національними стандартами. Окрема увага приділяється аналізу інноваційних підходів та технологій вивільнення земель (land release).
