Organization of professional activity in the period of formation of innovative society

Abstract

The article deals with the methodological principles of successful professional activity in the conditions of formation of innovative society. The main focus is on the theoretical operationalization of the problem. It is proved that the organization of human professional activity during such a period is a process that does not so much increase the efficiency of social production, so much blocks the creation of conditions that cause spontaneous emergence of tendencies that are negative for the life of both the individual and society as a whole.
