ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT (E-GOVERNMENT AND E-GOVERNANCE (E-GOVERNANCE): CONCEPT AND PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION

Abstract

The author of the article analyses the notion of the term e-government and e-governance. In particular, the historical Genesis of its development, determined that the term governance originates
from the Middle ages (12–15 centuries) and comes from the word governance.In particular, the author shows that with the advent of information and communication technology has changed the approach in the fi eld of public administration, new concepts and defi nitions, in particular, e-government and e-governance.
