Abstract

In the article on the basis of recent theoretical developments and analysis of existing legislation are studied problematic aspects of legislation and trends and the formation of such basic concepts as: innovation, innovation, technology. In particular, attention is paid to the formulation of the urgent tasks facing the legislative and executive branches of government in light of the creation of
a competitive economic environment in the Ukrainian economy.
