PRINCIPLE OF LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STATE, PUBLIC AUTHORITIES AND OFFICIALS IN UKRAINE AND THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract

This article analyzes the principles of the legal responsibility of the State, public authorities and officials who are consolidated in Ukraine and the European Union. The principles of legal liability are discussed in the works of large number of scientists and researchers, both on the monographic and dissertation level. This article analyzes the content of the principles of legal liability and guidelines implementation in the legislation of Ukraine using ways of harmonization and approximation.
