INTERNAL LABOR REGULATION AS THE СOMPLEX – ORGANIZED SYSTEM

Abstract

The article studies the theoretical approaches to the determination of the internal labor regulations. Author’s understanding of the structure of the internal labor regulations as hard – organized labor legal system. It shall include: regulation of labor, mode of working time, organization and maintenance of jobs, working conditions, measures to ensure labor discipline.
