INVESTING IN THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM, IN TRAINING AND RETRAINING

Abstract

The paper investigates the issues related to investing in the education system, the training
and retraining .It is concluded that to ensure quality education, equal access to all citizens
requires institutional restructuring of the education system on the basis of the effective
interaction with the labor market. To overcome the ever-increasing gap between the content of
education, educational technology, the structure of the educational sector, the level of human
resources education and economic needs in the new environment proposals create mechanisms
that would be focused not only on domestic social and economic needs of the country , but also
to ensure competitiveness Ukraine in the global labor market.
The definition of the terms "training people", "professional retraining" and "additional
training".
