CURRENT LEGAL PROBLEMS OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENTS IN UKRAINE

Abstract

This research is devoted to the analysis of the legislation on public
procurement in Ukraine. This paper analyzes in detail and explains concepts and categories of,
key regulations governing the public procurement. Much attention is paid to the analysis of legal
conflicts with other regulations that contribute to abuse on the part of customers as well as
current issues of regulation and procurement solutions to them.
Much attention is given in the article of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" . In
particular , the paper analyzed in detail the transparency of competitive bidding , the factors that
affect the openness of public procurement. This article is a direct correlation corruption
component procurement of their transparency. In this context , the paper proposes measures on
publication of information on public procurement , which will allow hromadkosti control the
processes of public financial management .
