PLACE OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE NATIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEM: ECONOMIC AND LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract

The fact that the national economy of Ukraine is in deep crisis is good known and recognized.
It requires the accumulation of common efforts of its speedy solution. One of the ways to do this is a large-scale of
implementation of innovative objects and innovative productions to the national producing sector. However, the current
legislation of Ukraine does not contain the legal mechanisms that allow developers of science-based production fund
to protect their rights and interests from its abusing by third parties.
