HUMAN RIGHTS OF DEVELOPMEnt

Abstract

The article analyzes categories of development, rights to development and sustainable development
in the context of international relations. Comparison of the relevant categories with international program acts and
regulators allowed to assert the connection of these phenomena. It was emphasized that the right to development is an
integral part of both human rights and the rights of peoples, that this right is required by the collective carrier. It is
recognized that the realization of the rights to development and to sustainable development requires not only international
cooperation, but also the implementation of international program regulators in the national legal systems
