Abstract

At the current stage of the development of Ukrainian legislation and legal doctrine in the Дeld of in-
novation activity and its kind of venture business, legal entities are solely admitted as their subjects. This indicates on the
imperfection of Ukrainian legislation in the context of admitting individuals as the same subjects. However, admitting legal
entities as the subjects of such activities does not solve all the problems, since the legislation of Ukraine does not contain a
clear regulation of their organizational and legal forms, and a number of legislative acts contains a list that does not meet either
the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine or the norms of the Commercial Code of Ukraine.
