Abstract

Inevitable scientic and technical, socio-economic, socio-cultural, informational changes, complex
global transformations require developing and implementing in Ukraine innovative strategies for integration into topical
world processes. It is not only about being a successful participant in globalization, using its opportunities for development,
but also about globalization of the entire Ukrainian society: modernization and integration into global processes at the
regional and marginal levels, when access to the world intellectual exchanges are able to use for different social population
group.
