Abstract

The article analyses the problems associated with the creation of the regulatory framework for implementation, compliance with environmental security in the context of innovation. Particular attention is paid to the formation of modern
European approaches to national environmental policy that will promote competitiveness and sustainable development
of our country. This is primarily due to the upgrading and installing effcient and effective legal mechanism regulating
relations in the feld of environmental security, optimization of public administration in the environmental feld. It has
been attempted to formulate theoretical conclusions and scientifcally justify proposals to improve the current environmental legislation.
