Abstract

The study proves the significance of innovations in education sector based in terms of their organizational and legal aspects on the opinion that personal development and education of coming generations forms intellectual nature of society. Noted the role of innovative technologies in addressing the education crisis. The author studies
the genesis and development of innovative teaching technologies.
It is revealed that the significance of innovative development issue in whole, and education innovations in particular
triggered the great attention to the mentioned issue of both the research-scientists from diverse fields of study (jurisprudence, pedagogics, economics etc.) and practicing teachers. The author analyzes the main scientific studies in education
sector and reveals their informative and organizational specific features.
