MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS: SEPARATE PROBLEMATIC ISSUES ON OF LEGAL SUPPORT
Abstract
In the article, medical examination is treated as a health examination by a health institution
employee to determine his fitness to perform a particular job (profession). In doing so, (1) it
organization and financing are seen as the responsibility of the employer and (2) passing as the duty of the employee.
Failure to undergo medical examination is grounds for disciplining an employee
in the order determined by the labor legislation.
