ORGANIZATIONAL FORMS OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY

Abstract

The economic development of any state depends on the state of innovation activity, since it is innovation that constitutes the main factor of the welfare dynamics. To date, in Ukraine, at the level of legislation, a mechanism is being built which is capable of embracing and regulating innovative relations that would combine scientific, research and technology activities, as well as the activities on innovation in a single process aimed at the emergence of a market for innovative assets. Therefore, the legal science faces the task of inventing those organizational forms and legal mechanisms that will create an effective innovation climate in the state.
