Legislative and regulatory and procedural mechanisms for the realization of innovative strategy in Ukrain

Abstract

Problem setting. Legislative and regulatory and procedural mechanisms at realization of innovative strategy were and remain the most difficult and demanding serious scientific studying and justification of the directions of their further improvement.
Analysis of recent researches and publications. Questions of a choice of the directions of strategic development of the states on an innovative basis, definitions of algorithms, methods, mechanisms of legal regulation constantly are in the
center of attention of scientists: Atamanova Yu.Ye., Gaman M.V., Degtyar A.O., Kindzersky Yu.V., Matyushenko I.Yu., Fedulova L.I., Chikarenko I.A., etc.
Target of research. Research of a state and problems of legislative and regulatory and procedural mechanisms of realization of innovative strategy in Ukraine.
Article’s main body. In article the main problems of formation and development of innovative economy of Ukraine at the legislative and regulatory and procedural levels are analysed. Mechanisms of legal regulation of innovation sector, system of a transfer of intellectual property, the competitive mechanism of support of innovative activity, the mechanism of examination of innovative projects are defined. Procedural mechanisms of establishment of obligatory requirements concerning energy efficiency of subjects of managing and development of programs of their innovative development are considered.
Conclusions and prospects for the development. Based on above stated, it is possible to draw such conclusions:
