Abstract

Taking into account the necessity of constant supply of resources to the country's economy in order to provide expanded reproduction on the basis of systematic implementation of innovations, except contractual investment, a special role is played by the corporate form of investment. Globalization of markets against the background of the existing competition between the members of the world financial market for places in the economic system of trade and foreign investment leads to regulatory competition in the (economic) commercial law. Investors search places of production, distribution, research and development only based on performance criteria.
