Abstract

The article examines the current state of social relations in the field of intellectual property, the dynamics of the international legal regulation, as well as the peculiarities of legislative adaptation to the modern priorities of the policy of our state in this field. As a result of this research, a system of modern trends in the legal protection of intellectual property in Ukraine has been developed and defined, which has a scientific and practical significance.
