Abstract

The unstable economic situation in Ukraine requires a more efficient financial system. It is the imperfection of financial legislation in a market economy and the intensification of international economic relations that can lead to various kinds of financial crises and lack of effective financing of a number of important spheres of public life in our country. The scientific community is constantly discussing the prospects of development and improvement of the tax system in Ukraine, customs and financial legislation, the development of more effective mechanisms of legal regulation of banking activities.
