Certain Problems of Legislative Determination of Competence and Jurisdiction of General Meetings of Participants of a Limited Liability Company
Abstract
The article analyzes the gaps of the current legislation regarding the procedure for exclusion of a participant from the membership of a company who has not fully contributed to the share capital of the company, as well as who systematically fails to perform or improperly perform duties, or impedes his actions to achieve the goals of the company, when other participants collectively, they have sixty percent or less of the vote.
