Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the state of the legislation of Ukraine on innovative activity, establishment of the level of its efficiency and harmony. The question of availability of grounds for carrying out the systematization and codification of innovation legislation is considered in order to determine the optimal ways of its improvement.
