Constitutional and legislative fundamental principles for ensuring the economic security of Ukraine in the context of innovation development
Abstract
The problem of proper legal regulation of economic security relations is essential for ensuring the national sovereignty and integrity of Ukraine as an independent state. Especially relevant today is the task of creating a proper legal framework that would serve as a basis for protecting the economic interests of the state against possible internal and external threats. Although a sufficient legal basis for security issues has been created by the legislator, however, a detailed analysis of the content of the legislative support reveals that the problem of economic security of Ukraine does not fully have good legal status, which leads to negative consequences from the point of view of proper legal regulation of these relations.
