Articles and journals are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/).
Copyright in the journal layout and covers belongs to the founder.
Publications by content authors do not necessarily reflect the views of the founder.
The journal Law and Innovations is an open access journal. All articles posted on the journal’s website are freely available for viewing, reading, downloading, depositing in repositories and databases, and printing. The policy of Law and Innovations is aimed at eliminating all national, racial, religious, political, or other restrictions on publication and access to articles. Readers may distribute, edit, correct, and use as a basis the content of Law and Innovations, provided that authorship is acknowledged and references to the source of publication are given.
If the article materials are accepted for publication, the author undertakes to transfer the following rights:
– the right to reproduce the work, including publication, electronic publication, making available to the public, duplication, circulation, or other distribution of the work, without limitation as to the number of copies. Each copy of the work must contain the name of the author of the work;
– the right to distribute the work by any means and in any manner;
– the right to provide access to electronic copies of the work on the Internet;
– the right to include the work in a compiled/consolidated collection;
– the right to communicate the work to the public;
– the right to use the metadata of the work, including the title, name of the author/right holder, abstract, bibliographic materials, etc., by distributing and communicating them to the public, processing and systematising them, and including them in various databases and information systems;
– the right to store and process their personal data without any limitation as to the term of validity, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
Copyright remains with the author(s).
Authors may authorise one of their co-authors to act on their behalf and serve as the corresponding author responsible for communication with the journal’s editorial team.
Authors may use any part of their work, provided that proper citation is given and the principles of academic integrity are observed.
In all cases, a bibliographic reference to the published article or a hyperlink to its electronic version (DOI) on the official website of the journal is mandatory.
The author guarantees that the materials submitted for publication:
– were created personally by the author, including without the use of AI, unless this is expressly declared in accordance with the journal’s AI policy;
– do not infringe the copyright of other persons or organisations;
– the text as a whole is original and has not previously been published in other publications;
– are not under consideration for publication in other publications.
