Abstract

Problem setting. Foreign economic activity is an important area of ensuring the economic security of the state, especially in combination with innovative development. Moreover, the analysis of the export potential of agricultural products of Ukraine was carried out. It was concluded that integration into European trade cooperation can be implemented only under the conditions of ensuring the appropriate legal and institutional environment, which can provide agricultural producers with the opportunity to adapt production to the standards and requirements of the European market, which will facilitate their access to the EU market. Analysis of recent research and publications. Such scientists as H. S. Kornienko, N. Kryvenko, K. V. Nakonechna, and T. I. Batrakova pay attention to this topic. I believe that due to the difficult economic conditions at the moment, new problems of exporting agricultural data, the topic needs more disclosure, especially since the range of problems faced by Ukrainian farmers has grown significantly. The article will explore and analyze alternative ways of exporting agricultural products, difficulties with their implementation, as well as the introduction of agro-innovations as a complex technological growth of the agro-industrial complex Purpose of the research is to carry out a structural analysis of the legal mechanism of the export of agricultural products of Ukraine in the conditions of agro-innovative development, as well as to develop proposals for improving the current agricultural legislation in this area. Article’s main body. This work reveals the essence and content of the export of agricultural products in the conditions of innovative development of the agro-industrial complex. Specific features of regulatory and legal regulation of grain export in Ukraine are determined. Also the main problems and shortcomings of the existing system of transportation of agricultural products to other countries of the world are established in this article. An analysis of the export potential of the national agricultural sector was carried out. It was concluded that the integration into the European trade cooperation can be carried out only if the appropriate legal and institutional environment is provided, which can give agricultural producers the opportunity to adapt production to the standards and requirements of the European market, which will facilitate their access to the EU market. It is necessary to initiate negotiations with partners for increasing export volumes, primarily of wheat, corn, rapeseed, and sunflower oil. Conclusions and prospects for the development. In the current situation with agricultural activity, export should be considered, first of all, from the point of view of state management, as a means of control and stability of international cooperation of agricultural producers. In this article was noted that export is one of the main and primary means of ensuring international economic cooperation and have been studied the main problems and prospects for the development of the export of agricultural products and agro-innovative development under the modern legislation of Ukraine.
