Article’s main body. Business communications of entrepreneurial networks are a key tool for effective management and development of companies that are part of such networks and include a set of measures aimed at the formation and implementation of management decisions that take into account such aspects as: creation and development of entrepreneurial networks; maintenance of reputation; satisfaction of consumer needs; organization and payment of labor; increasing competitiveness.

It was determined that the management of business communications of entrepreneurial networks is a process of exchanging information within the relevant networks and transferring data through communication channels to the management of business process participants to ensure reliable coordination between all structural divisions of the network enterprises and effective information interaction with stakeholders and between employees.

The role of business communications in entrepreneurial networks is analyzed, in particular, their impact on the internal interaction between divisions and external stakeholders. A model of business communications of entrepreneurial networks is proposed, which takes into account the peculiarities of management and information and communication support. The model provides the integration of the latest digital technologies to improve management processes and increase the effectiveness of communications.

Special attention is paid to digitization as one of the key factors in the development of business communications in entrepreneurial networks. The study examines the impact of technologies such as artificial intelligence, CRM, ERP and PIM systems on the optimization of communication processes. It is noted that digitalization contributes to automation of processes, reduction of costs, increase the speed of information exchange and the reliability of decisions.

The authors have developed a model of business communication management, which includes the main functional stages: from the organization of internal communications to strategic interaction with external partners and customers. The creation of a business communication management model of entrepreneurial networks helps to optimize information exchange processes, minimize risks, implement network communications, control costs, optimize document flow, promptly inform management, obtain detailed information and find optimal solutions, as well as the use of modern electronic means of communication. It allows to achieve high competitive advantages

Conclusions and prospects for the development. Managing the development of business communications of entrepreneurial networks involves ensuring their flexibility, innovation, mobility, adaptability, versatility, and timeliness through the introduction of modern digital technologies in business communications. This will speed up the exchange of information, reduce the level of information noise, avoid duplication of management functions, facilitate the adaptation of communications, increase the staff competence and reduce the time for making strategic decisions, which, in turn, will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of business networks. The practical significance of the research is to develop recommendations for improving business communications in entrepreneurial networks, in particular through the implementation of information and communication technologies and automated management systems.
