INNOVATIONS IN METHODOLOGY OF CRIMES’NVESTIGATION

Abstract

Problem setting. The article supposes historical digression of origin of methodology of crimes’ investigation, as one of divisions of criminalistics, synthesizing technique and science tactics. The phenomenon of its development and modern state consists in the accumulation of scientific ideas about the most optimal ways of investigation of crimes, their updating by new categories assisting its development.
Analysis of resent researches and publication. The separate questions of methodology of crimes’ investigation find the reflection in works of such scientists as: Yu. P. Alenin, R. S. Belkin, V. P. Bahin, G. Yu. Juirnyi, V. A. Juravel, А. N. Kolesnichenko, V. Е. Konovalova, V. Е. Kornouchov, G. A. Matusovskyi, V. А. Obrazcov, V. V. Tischenko and other. Target of research. The aim of the article is finding out innovative approaches in determination of methodology of crimes’ investigation.
Article’s main body. In the article, on the basis of analysis of scientific literature, the origin of methodology of crimes’ investigation is investigated. A conclusion is offered, about appearance of the systematized recommendations on investigation of separate types of crimes on a background development of criminal procedure, and also technique and tactics of investigation. On the basis of the brought dissertations over, monographs and reasons the modern state of methodologies of investigation of separate types of crimes and taking place innovative approaches are examined at their forming. Some recommendations offer in relation to development of methodology of investigation of transnational crimes. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Attention is accented on innovations in methodology of crimes’ investigation, that embrace its different parties and conditioned by changes in political, economic and another spheres of the state. Basic innovations are named the changes of traditional looks to the structure of methodology of investigation, that assists a selection and formulation in its new directions of opening and investigation of crimes of certain kind. Other innovative approach is named as adaptation of new micro methodic, to already existent methodologies of investigation of separate types of crimes, that allows to use the recommendations approved by practice and interpret them in the developed methodologies of investigation.
