CODIFICATION OR CODIFICATION OF ECONOMIC LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE: WHAT WAY TO APPLY?

Abstract

The only way to create the proper legal conditions for doing business in Ukraine for both Ukrainian and foreign business entities is to modernize business legislation while maintaining its codified form. What it is - the Commercial, Commercial, Economic or Business Code - after all, is a secondary issue. It is important what the content of the modernized code will be and how it will incorporate European and world legal standards and principles of economic activity.
