TERMINATION OF THE ECONOMIC CODE OF UKRAINE: A METHOD FOR EFFECTIVE MODERNIZATION OF LEGAL REGULATION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OR DESTABILIZATION OF PHYOBIOSIS

Abstract

First of all, for the normal functioning and development of e-commerce, it is necessary to define, at the level of the Civil Code (the current codified act of economic legislation), the mechanism of concluding and executing business agreements using the Internet, as well as legalizing the methods of settlement used in this case. Obviously, the Law of Ukraine "On E-Commerce" should be supplemented with provisions that regulate the implementation of the electronic contract, both in the case when such implementation is the receipt of certain information in electronic form, and in the case of use of delivery of goods in material form.
