LEGAL NATURE OF THE COMPUTER PROGRAMS AS OBJECTS OF INNOVATIVE RELATIONS

Abstract

Legal nature of the software, highlight the positive and negative aspects of protection of
computer programs as objects of copyright. Special attention is paid to protect not only forms –
text (code) program, but essentially functions as it does, by recording computer programs, like
trademarks and patent applications as the algorithm process.
