SEPARATE DIRECTIONS OF LEGAL SUPPORT REFORMING OF THE ACTIVITY ON NATURAL GAS SUPPLY

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the analysis of separate law directions of legal support reforming of the activity on natural gas supply in Ukraine. In this article the author is analyze the process of reform activity in the natural gas market, which must be carried out according to the strict rules and mechanisms based on effective working laws. The aim of research is to consider directions of legal reform to ensure the natural gas market, analysis and implementation of legislative defi nition of certain terms of the implementation of the reform.
