A LEGAL DOCTRINE IS A SOURCE OF JUDICIAL LAW

Abstract

The article is devoted a very debatable theme – legal doctrine as source of judicial law. On the
basis of analysis of scientific literature an author determines the concept of legal doctrine, its
personal touches, shows possible advantages and lacks of application of legal doktrini in the
legal proceeding
