. Relevance of the study of political, economic and legal mechanisms of human rights protection is
growing in the process of building of a social and legal state. For labor law, in which codification process is nearing
completion, this problem is of particular importance.Another factor that determines the necessity of development of the
labor legislation of Ukraine, as well as the direction ofsuch development is the European integration process.
