Abstract

The problem of labor potential conformity to modern requirements of economic and social
development, to the needs of employers in the labor market is particularly acute today. The high requirements both
professional and personal character relate to employees. In this regard the legal regulation of qualification requirements
for workers at employment are relevant and prospective for research.
