SOME ENVIRONMENTAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE PROVISION

Abstract

The global environmental crisis that is threatening every living thing on our planet today is due to
many factors, including the depletion of vital natural resources, environmental pollution, non-compliance with the
requirements of environmental security in the processes of economic activity and waste management, climate change, etc.
Approximation of the environmental legislation of our country to the legal and regulatory framework of the European
Union should reflect the objective and urgent needs of sustainable development of Ukraine in the comprehensive legal
regulation of environmental relations, based on a combination of domestic public and private environmental interests and
the integration necessity of normative regulation of the relevant spheres that provide stability of life of society.
