Abstract

Article is devoted: to the analysis the some legal aspects of investing in one of the most important
spheres of energy - natural gas at the market. The author focused on the legal issues of the process of investing in the
domestic gas market of Ukraine.
The problem of attracting investment in Ukraine is extremely relevant in the world of numerous reforms, including
energy. Of particular relevance is gaining today, in terms of imbalance in the economic system of the country and long
attempts to build a new model of the natural gas market by European parameters.
