MILESTONES OF THE SELF-REGULATORY FIELD WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF PRESENT-DAY UKRAINE

Problem setting. The separation of the main stages of professional self-regulatory organizations creation on the territory of present-day Ukraine is an important part of the study, besides the historical development of this institute and the process of formation of this field in the world
Analysis of recent research and publications. Such legal scholars as Vaskovskiy E.I., Demidova L.A., Krasavchykov O.A., Semylyutina N.G., Filatov N. devoted theirs works to the study of this issue.
Target of research. The purpose of this article is to study the main stages of self-regulatory industry development on the territory of present-day Ukraine with a detailed analysis of the duration of Ukraine as part of the Russian Empire, the Soviet Union and since its independence.
Article's main body. History of the formation and functioning of the institution of self- regulatory in Ukraine can’t be considered without its analysis in the light of the existence of our state as part of the Russian Empire, the Soviet Union and the current development of Ukraine.
The author analyzed the characteristics of each of these periods and determined the consequences for nowadays self-regulatory organizations. The article examines three self-regulatory organizations in the construction industry that are registered and operating in Ukraine and reviews the main gaps existing in the current legislation of Ukraine.
Conclusions and prospects for the development. Taking into account the current trends and the selected course of the Government of Ukraine, development of conceptual framework, mechanisms and separation of elements of self-regulatory field should be comprehensive examined by scientists and by representatives of the legislative branch of government.
In author’s opinion, a new phase of self-regulation in Ukraine can and must begin today. It will mark the end of declarative promises of Government and the end of uncertain structure of leading field of the state economy. And it also will launch a new tradition of legal regulation of leading spheres of public life by European standards legislation.
