LEGAL REGULATION OF SCIENTIFIC PARK ACTIVITY AS A NATIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEM SUBJE

Abstract

Modern requirements for the development of the national innovation system (hereinafter – NIS) need
to improve the legal regulation of scientific parks. Following the adoption of the Laws of Ukraine “On Science Park “Kyivska
Polytechnika”, “On Science Parks”, the practice of the scientific parks functioning suggests the necessity for changes in
legislation regarding the organizational and legal form, tasks and functions of scientific parks (hereinafter – SPs).
