Abstract

Problem setting. The article investigates telecommuting employment as one of the forms of non-standard forms of employment. It is noted that in Ukraine the phenomenon of telecommuting employment is at infancy, although in many countries has become widespread and is a serious competitor standard forms of employment. Analysis of resent researches and publications. Article’s main body. Telecommuting employment proposed understood as non-standard forms of employment based on a flexible social and labor relations between employees and employers, which takes place in a virtual environment using information and communication technologies.

Indicated that unregulated Institute of telecommuting employment leads to discrimination remote workers with respect to employees who perform work for the employer in the workplace. Accordingly, these workers are not able as the other to realize their labor rights, including not able to fully enjoy the rights of social security. Indicated that the effect of the regulation of remote employment directly depend on the quality of legislation in this area.
It is concluded that the rapid development of social relations requires more detailed regulation of the Institute of telecommuting employment, including in terms of social security of remote workers, equality of labor rights at the level of the employees who work in jobs created by employers, policy making in the field of remote employment. Conclusions and prospects for the development. A remote resolve the issue of employment in the Law of Ukraine «On Employment» and to provide relevant chapter in the new Labour Code of Ukraine, singled out the basic directions of optimization of legal regulation of telecommuting employment in Ukraine.
