Abstract

In order to provide the population with agricultural products and to form a state reserve, a well-
established system of relations for the purchase of agricultural products is urgent. Taking into account the speci捯c features
of the development of agricultural production, it is necessary to de捯ne the liability of the parties for violating the terms
and conditions of contracts for the delivery of agricultural products.
