Abstract
The article discusses the grounds and procedure for termination of an employment contract with the head of an enterprise, institution,
organizations, suggestions for improving the order of termination of the employment contract with the head of
facilities, institutions, organizations. Based on the analysis of the provisions of labor law in terms of termination of employment
agreement with managers concluded that the role of the contract form of employment should be strengthened
contract to give managers and owners of businesses, institutions and organizations the right to self-identify
chats and grounds for termination of the employment contract
