LEGAL REGULATION OF CHILD CARE LEAVE BY UKRAINE"S LEGISLATION: THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ISSUES

Abstract

The article deals with the legal regulation of childcare leave, provided as
international normative-legal acts and labor legislation of Ukraine. The order is analyzed
giving the said leave in historical terms. Particular attention is paid to the practical application of the individual
provisions of labor law when granting childcare leave to persons with family responsibilities.
