THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE DELIVERY OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS

Abstract

In order to regulate relations in the field of the purchase of agricultural products from producers, the parties conclude a contract for the delivery of agricultural products. Therefore the subject matter of the contract for the delivery of agricultural products should be clearly defined and differentiated from the object.

Target of the paper is to investigate the subject matter of the contract for the delivery of agricultural products. In order to achieve this goal, the following tasks must be solved: 1)  to analyse correlation between the subject matter and the object of the contract; 2)  to compare the doctrinal views on the subject matter and the object of the contract for the delivery of agricultural products; 3) to carry out an analysis of the definitions of agricultural products and provide their list.
