THE ISSUE OF REGISTRATION AND DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE IN ANTI-TERRORIST OPERATION REGION

Abstract

Article’s main body. Most acutely the question of registration and divorce citizens at ATU-controlled areas. In this regard, the need is caused by legal regulation of family relations between persons who are in difficult life situations The article deals with theoretical and practical aspects of the registration of marriage/divorce in the territory of ATO. Foundthat internally displaced persons are not deprived of the rights and responsibilities of family law in Ukraine. Reveals the issue of denial of civil registration of marriage in the territory of ATO. Attention is paid to the court and out of court divorce.
In summary, we note that the study of family law has not only theoretical but also practical importance, particularly paying attention to the situation in Ukraine. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Despite the significant number of existing legal documents in family law and process, we believe that are not regulated the registration of divorce in ATO-controlled areas. Indeed, in this regard, there are significant challenges, such as: demanding documents from the Donetsk, Luhansk of civil registration, or request for divorce to staying on the territory of a spouse.
