ACTUAL ISSUES OF LEGAL PROVISION OF START-UPS FUNCTIONING

Abstract

The construction of an innovative state requires the harmonious and timely development of the National Innovation System. This process will lead to the development of an integrated mechanism of regulating relations in the innovation system and its subsystems.The legislative framework of legal regulation of Ukraine's innovation activity is functionally incomplete and underdeveloped. This problem outlined the scope of development of small innovative enterprises, namely start-ups.
