ECONOMIC AND LEGAL MEANS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF STATE INVESTMENT POLICY

Abstract

The article investigates the issue of state regulation of economic relations, economic and legal means of implementation of the investment policy of the state and the form of implementation of the regulatory impact of the state on economic activity. It is proved that the means of state regulation fixed by the legislation and the means of legal regulation of public relations are the categories is a need for codification of investment legislation on its basis.
