CONCERNING THE DEFINITION OF THE MAIN FEATURES OF INTELLECTUAL ACTIVITY

Abstract

Problem setting. The article analysis relationships that currently exist in the state contribute to further research any
and all areas of life, the search for optimal solutions to pressing problems, identifying new methods and means to achieve
goals. Note that the study of the problems of intellectual work has repeatedly been raised in the scientific literature.

Article’s main body. Provided proper understanding of the concept of «intellectual activity» as a kind of mental
activity that is in the application of creative and intellectual abilities of the employee, the use of intellectual and creative
potential in carrying out the duties of the employee in the production of a particular field. An exercise classification signs
of intellectual activity and general, i those that are inherent in all activities, all kinds of work and are usually provided for
in the Labour Code and special characterizing intellectual labor as a form of work with only her inherent characteristics.
Conclusions and prospects for the development. In conclusion we note that intellectual work is a form of expression
of the intellectual worker, which is characterized by both general and specific, that only her inherent traits. Only in
the ratio of general and special features can be explored rather intellectual work and intellectual activity, determine the
range of persons who may, in accordance with their existing intellectual ability and knowledge, engage in such activities.
